Assessment Officer
Looking for some advice on how to break into the counselling profession.
I completed a Master of Counselling last year, have membership with the Australian Counselling Association, and have been doing an excessive amount of CPD.
I’m finding that all roles require at least 2 years of experience in a counselling role, but how does one achieve this? It doesn’t seem as if you can work up from a lower level role, as it wouldn’t be considered client focused. Would love some advice!
