Im 17, applied to damn near everyplace I could think of. Still nothing. I received 3 interviews and never heard anything back from 2. What else am I supposed to do?

Highly recommend looking into entry level sales roles. They generally take large cohorts and you can take those skills into a different job.

As a 17yo it should be a breeze to get any job you apply for. Everywhere wants to hire juniors as they can pay them half the adults wages!
