If you’re both earning six figures and feeling the pinch, you’re probably spending too much. Do you really need more?
Both have cars? Mortgage/rent high? Kids? Technology/entertainment spending? Travel? Eating out? You can definitely cut down in all of these areas.
Side hustles I’d recommend are: decluttering and selling items you don’t need online, teaching English online (if you’re a native speaker), working in cafe/bar on weekends.
