I was made redundant after 12.5 years with a healthcare company as they gave my job to India…. So much for integrity with the company after dealing with sexual discrimination and harassment in the early years and too scared to say anything incase I lost my job …just as I planned another 5 years to get on top of my mortgage as an elderly wage earner…so alternative??!!! Change of career path and loving it rather than corporate drama protocol!!!
