How do you guys deal with stress? For clarity I’m 34 yrs old, recently just come out of hospital with stress related issues as I don’t cope well with stress, the normal relievers don’t work reading helps some what but when there’s arguments in the home it skyrockets

wow ending up in hospital is pretty scary. For me exercise is the big secret. Honestly think it's different for everyone but I reckon you need to take the time to do something for yourself like reading, gaming, hanging with friends, whatever. Think you've got to reduce the source of the stress too or it's always gonna be a problem.

Sorry your stress has cause u a hospital stay. You mention triggers at home. In life its not what happens to us but how we respond. Find ways to distract yourself from engaging in arguments ( no one wins) Agree to disagree Go for a walk Simply choose not to argue or watch people arguing. Stay away from negative people watching negative t.v. View ur mind as a garden good thoughts to enter, if something negative comes in change it straight away with positive. Self help bks at the library Go Shine.

I meditate.. it’s my number 1 go to for de stressing. Find yourself a nice quiet spot, and just relax and let your mind relax as well. There are some great Apps to download for meditation. I use the Mindfulness App. It helps with stress, sleep, breathing, it’s really good. Also go for walks and keep up with your exercise. It’s one thing to have a healthy mind but you also need a healthy body.

i agree i just went back to excersing i feel different.Am not as tired and stressed as i used to be
