I’m exhausted! There’s never really a slow day at work and there's always something crazy going on! It’s draining, but knowing what I contribute has such a huge impact is what keeps me going. When work gets hectic, what helps it still feel meaningful for you?

Indie, keep your boundaries strong. No work calls after 5pm, no more taking work home, no more being available to help out in your non business hours. Try out new hobbies with friends & family. I am sure you would slowly balance your work life.

I feel you Indie. I can't remember there ever being a slow period where I am. Pride in your work is a big one but also important to look after yourself and talk to your boss if you're ever worried it's heading into burn out territory.

There is a way to fulfill work obligations and still have a life. However, similar to a previous comment, boundaries need to be strong. You can implement them without feeling guilty.
Sometimes saying yes to everything during high demand feels safer than resetting expectations.
What does having a work life balance mean to you? Write down 3 key points and implement them. Example: take lunch every day. Leave at 5pm. No logging in on weekends.
Stress at work is avoidable if done right.

Not sure if you have work on your phone, but I love the disconnection trend and I've extended that to no work stuffs on my personal mobile phone recently.
I even leave my laptop at the office on the weekends occasionally.
It felt odd to set such hard lines of finishing when I've done my 8 hours for the day, but once I got use to it I was able to enjoy life without keeping my phone on my hip or within earshot.
If you can, disconnect. The office has your phone number if they desperately need you!
