Overcoming weak leadership and workplace toxicity - seeking answers to what has become a growing concern. I have witnessed firsthand and by observation great workers being vilified by weak leaders. Regardless of skills and experience, knowledgeable and highly skilled, emotionally intelligent people are being shown the door without regard to the ripple effect on other staff to placate reactive management who are threatened by a worker who displays intelligence and skill.

And to add to that excellent response is no one deserves to be bullied or harassed in the workplace! It’s just so unfortunate for you Lisa to be watching these things happening to your fellow co-workers it must be draining on you?
