How do I comment on a business who advertises on Seek. Looking for more information on a work culture.

I don't think you can comment on their job ads. I think you need to call or email them if you can get their number. Personally I save those kind of questions for the interview as I think it plays well that you're interested just so long as you ask it the right way.
