Sales Role
I am completely devastated after my employment with a really great company was abruptly and unexpectedly terminated due due to, as my boss said, “the established team dynamic not being compatible with me”, which is the only explanation I have been given for my termination. I can only assume that the other team members did not like me. I wish they had said something to me and given me the chance to address the issues but they never said anything to me about it until they let me go.

No I’m not really ok, it has made me feel like absolute garbage. Especially when I worked out they had appointed a recruiter to find a replacement for me, who happened to contact me for the same job, and it was done at least a week prior to my termination. I have emailed them and requested more detailed feedback to help me with my future endeavours but they have declined to respond further. So I am left wondering what I did wrong.

Sorry what? That absoloutley sounds like "sorry you dont fit in here"... but doesnt really clarify why 🤔 What an awful way to terminate someones role. I hope youre okay!
