I am completely devastated after my employment with a really great company was abruptly and unexpectedly terminated due due to, as my boss said, “the established team dynamic not being compatible with me”, which is the only explanation I have been given for my termination. I can only assume that the other team members did not like me. I wish they had said something to me and given me the chance to address the issues but they never said anything to me about it until they let me go.
