It’s always the bad or dodgy employers and business owners who keep looking for cooks and chefs on a regular basis it’s like every two weeks or two months or every 6 months or within a year, these type of businesses they are not willing to have sufficient staff to run the business smoothly and efficiently thus leading to late nights, covering all the work in the kitchens that is including the kitchen stewarding, kitchen hand , cleaners, pot washing stewards, and sometimes work alone !
