Operations and Administration Manager
Worked at one where they outsourced HR to an external agency for advice and . Its going to come down to how benevolent and engaged the owner/boss is. If you are interested in HR its an opportunity to 'step-up' within the business as the internal HR for that company through experience and education. Helps for future negotiations when it comes to your salary review and/or if you decide to pivot into HR roles in the future. That said always check you are getting the entitlements you are owed
