Customer Service Representative
Bullying is so rife in today’s workplaces. I’ve never experienced such disrespectful behaviour towards colleagues from management & other colleagues to staff. Too many “mini bosses”, no training, each mini boss telling you a different way to do things. No support, not enough resources to complete the job as required. As for mental health - a “boss “ said to a very distressed staff member “you’re either well enough to be here and do you job or go home” when she asked for alternative duties.
