Transport Coordinator
I was abused by a co-worker and when I complained about it, I was told thats just the way that person is and to move on. Then in the same meeting they decided to tell me that they're putting me on a performance review plan. Nothing was mentioned about my work until I made a formal complaint about this co-worker.

We're really sorry you've had to put up with that. 😔 Nobody should be treated like this at work, even when there are disagreements, abuse is not acceptable. We should mention there are laws that protect workers from adverse action. We'd recommend giving Fair Work a call so they can talk things through with you and let you know your options if things do escalate. Knowing your rights and having that extra support can really help.
