Senior Country Marketing Manager - Australia
When writing and sharing a career development plan, do you think it's better to be super prescriptive about the role types you want to do, or keep it more high level with a focus on the skills you'd like to develop or utilise? I've been told to take both approaches over the years by different managers, and can understand pros and cons of each, but keen to know what's worked best for others?

I've leaned towards skills if anything. If my skills are heading in a different direction to the jobs I'm doing, I probably need to put that under the microscope.
