Operations Technician
I was in my industry for about 15 years but was steering more into management instead of technical experience which led me to think twice on direction I'm heading. it became repetitive setting KPIs and deal with staff,it made me move away from my industry as a whole. I now own a franchise which satisfies my needs temporarily. But I know that I won't be able to do this work due to how physically demanding it is. I feel stuck as I drift in and out of business ownership and a complete career change
