There's so much talk about AI and how much the world of work is changing, it can sometimes feel quite daunting. Working in a tech-based industry the fear of becoming obsolete is real. What are others doing to future-proof their careers and skills?

Same here. For me it's not so much about changing what I do...It's more how I talk about my skills. Sure AI can do stuff that I can't but I always try to highlight how the reverse is also true too.
