Cleaner
Hi everyone,
I’ve been in Australia for almost a year, working as a cleaner. A few months ago, I finished my Cert III in Individual Support with placement because I really want to work as a PCA.
The hard part is most places ask for “experience,” but it’s tough when no one gives new PCAs a chance. I’m also still getting my licence, which makes it trickier.
I’m based in Reservoir (VIC) – any tips on landing that first role, or local employers who hire new grads, would mean a lot.
