Early Resolution & Triage Officer
I have been working in complaints resolution for last 3.5 years and I am finding I am stuck without any progression and this leading me to burning out.
Recently I have been thinking about progressing into a compliance and risk career but I don’t know where to start.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how to get my foot in the door?

Hey, it’s understandable to feel stuck after a few years in the same role.

You might start by exploring short courses or certifications, connecting with professionals in the field, and highlighting your transferable skills when applying :)
