Mid-career limbo and been reflecting lately.....
Graduated in 2019 so def not fresh out of uni anymore but also not chasing the next big thing just yet. Comfy where I am, work-life balance is pretty good.. Got time for hobbies and mates, and proper weekends 😬
That said, part of me’s wondering… is it time to start preparing for a bigger role? More responsibility, more braincells, but probably less time for fun 👀

For me, spotting this moment was actually finding some old emails to a friend. And seeing how I talked about work.
These past emails made it clear things used to be more challenging and exciting. Even when it was hard.
I realised I missed it.
