Brewer
Hey everyone, I’ve been in the brewing industry now for 8 years and I’m really struggling with motivation lately. I feel like I’ve done all I can do here and I don’t have any room for growth and career progression (small indie brewery). Im in my early 30’s with a mortgage and 2 kids and the idea of a career change is really scaring me. Has anyone here moved on from brewing? I’m not sure we could financially cope if I start looking at a mature age apprenticeship or study something.. any help? TIA
