Hi everyone, I have been working in customer service in superannuation for past 2 & half yrs, No issues with my company but feeling bored of routine work. I tried few internal opportunities but couldn’t make it. I am interested in QA in contact centre, fund administrator or Project management. For PM I have to study and gain knowledge and certifications. Can any guide me what’s best and if any one in PM plz guide me where to start and is it easy to get jobs in PM without experience.
