Student Learning Support Officer
I have a Visual Impairment, I can still very much see clearly, but I’ve found my whole life people are very skeptical about my capabilities, including future employers. I am very capable and get things done. However, employers seem to sit with their doubts as I explain my visual ability. I’d love to show them what I can do but, I haven’t been given the chance. I’ve listened to all the interview tips and follow-up tricks but I’m still jobless.
How can I prove myself to employers?

So sorry Alissa. Feels super unfair to not be given a chance. Do you have any past employers who could give you a written reference? Maybe that'd help them see what they're missing.
