Production Administrator
I know the job market is bad right now, but I have been applying for roles for well over a year.
I go through periods of not hearing back from anything and a time where I had 11 interviews in the span of 3 months. I am now over 20 interviews, where I have received good feedback every time. I have been told the following are good, resume, cover letter, experience, skills and I interview well. I just never land the role. I got offered one but the offer didn't feel good.
What am I doing wrong?

If you're getting feedback, interviews and even an offer you must be doing a bunch right Grant. It's probably mostly just bad luck. Do you think doing an extra bit of research to show you've taken an interest in the company could help sway some some of those close calls? Or maybe networking?
