Looking for a job in Australia, why is it so hard? Here are the stats hundreds of hours writing, collating and manipulating resumes & CLs, utilised services in gov, private and recruitment agencies. result 550 applications, end result 2 "AI" interviews which in turn most jobs applied for not even a response? Are there jobs or is it just companies competing against with each other dangling carrots for hopefuls which don't exist.
