Second round interview next week! 🎉 I find these the hardest because I feel I’ve already said everything about myself and asked all my questions in the first interview! What are your ‘hacks’ for a good second interview? I’m meeting the CEO of a medium-size company, if that’s relevant.

A lot of second round stuff is a repeat.
You talk to someone higher, and they get to see how you answer.
You'll take on less questions, but normally more detailed answers.
And they're probably looking a lot more at the cultural fit.
To ease those nerves, remember, a second round interview means you already convinced them you can do it. You nailed it. So now, you can convince them you're the best choice right now.

Congrats on getting through to the 2nd round! Keen to hear what others think, but my advice would be to think about any info they gave you in the first interview, about the company, role, or hiring team. Are there any follow up or clarifying q's you can ask? Also, as things get more 'serious' it can make sense to ask more specific questions that you may not have asked in the first interview, like what the expectations are for the first 3 months in the role.
