I am passionate about the environment and have a degree in Environmental Management I got my degree as a mature aged student and am struggling to get work in the industry. I continually get feedback that my CV is great and I do well at interviews but keep getting second place to people with more experience. How can I get experience if no one will give me a chance. I have put myself through a Cert IV in WHS and a mental health first aid course to skill up but still nothing.
