IT Risk Assurance Associate (External Audit)
I have a long experience in a field but only have 2 employers with the most recent being 10+ years. I only left when I migrated. Do you think it's not "nice" to look at in the resume? How do you make it more appealing?
I'm just finding something to blame why I am getting rejections. :)

Rejection can be tough, been through it quite a few times, and it doesn’t really get easier with age. With all the experience we’ve worked so hard to build, it’s natural to feel disappointed, especially when a role feels like such a great fit.
You’re clearly doing something right, having two steady roles that have lasted a while. ☺️ One thing to note: not every employer will value that kind of long-term loyalty, but the best ones definitely do.
