Why is it that the moment you’re ‘off work,’ your brain suddenly decides to remember all the tasks you didn’t finish? 😅
Lately, I’ve been writing a quick end-of-day ‘brain dump’ list. Helps me close the laptop without guilt and enjoy my evening properly.
Anyone else have tricks to stop work thoughts from hijacking your downtime?

omg right? Even sometimes I'll be watching TV and I catch myself thinking about work when its a show that I'm usually really invested in.
I work in an office setting, so I try to make sure I go for a walk outside to tell my brain, "We've left this setting now". I also try to limit caffeine in the afternoons, or I just don't switch off. I genuinely enjoy work, so it's hard, but I also know it's not good for anyone to be in work mode all the time.
